Two ways to hold the same work. All-monthly spreads the build across the first year on a twelve-month term. The rate settles to standard care after year one.

Measure the monthly against your own numbers: one booking that would have been missed, or one client who found you instead of giving up, usually covers the month.

The honest part

Guarantee & terms

  • We take on a few builds at a time, never more than we can watch closely. Sometimes that means a short wait for a start date. It always means your site gets the whole of our attention: personal, not just business.
  • Payment is 50% to start, 50% when you approve the site. Prices are in USD; payment-processing fees are yours.
  • Care plans run monthly with a three-month minimum, billed quarterly in advance.
  • Care covers hosting, security, the SSL padlock, and up to two content updates a month, handled within two business days. A broken site is urgent: same-business-day response. Updates do not roll over.
  • Every build includes two revision rounds. On a Setup + Care build, if you are not happy at the first design review, your deposit is refunded.
  • Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Your content is yours. Hosting and code are ours while we care for the site, with a buyout available any time.
  • If it is not written into your plan or a signed add-on, it is not promised. When in doubt, we put it in writing first.

Questions

The ones worth answering

Why not a $499 website?

You can buy one, and for some businesses it is enough. What it usually does not include is anyone to call when something breaks, anyone keeping it current, or anyone responsible for how it represents you next year. If a one-time template truly serves your business, it may be all you need. When you want the site built, run, and looked after, that is what we do. There is a plain guide to what a website actually costs in these islands, written for exactly this question.

What counts as a revision?

Three different things can happen after you see your site, and they are treated differently. If we built something wrong, broken, misspelled, or not what we agreed, fixing it is our job, free, always, and it never counts against your revisions. A revision is when we built what we agreed and you want it built differently: a warmer photo, a reworded introduction, a different feel. Every build includes two rounds of those, and a round is one gathered list, so collect your changes and send them together. And if you want something new added, another page, a booking system, a feature we never discussed, that is not a revision, it is an addition, quoted in writing before any work begins. The short version: fixing our mistakes is free, adjusting the work is included twice, and changing the ask is a new conversation. You will always know which one is happening, because we will tell you before we start.

Who owns what?

Your domain is yours, registered in your own account, never held hostage. Your content and your brand are yours. The hosting and code are ours while we look after the site, which is how we keep it fast, secure, and quick to put right. If you ever want to take it in-house, a buyout is available. No lock-in games. If you want to check any domain yourself, the domain guide shows you how in ten minutes.

What happens if we ever part ways?

Your domain stays yours. It was always registered in your name, and you can point it anywhere, anytime. Your logo, your content, and your clients are yours. What ends is the service: the hosting, the updates, the looking after. On a Setup + Care plan that is 30 days notice after the three-month minimum; on an all-monthly plan the 12-month term runs its course. If you want the site code to take with you, there is a buyout, priced in your agreement before you ever sign, so the cost of leaving is never a surprise. We would rather you stay because the work is good than because leaving is hard.

Is everything in writing?

Everything. Before any money moves, you receive a plain-language agreement you can read in ten minutes: what is included, what it costs, what happens if you leave. Signed electronically, with a proper record for your accountant. No fine print, no surprises.
