What each plan includes, and what it does not.

This is the honest, complete picture of what we build at each level. If something is not listed here, it is not part of the plan: it is either an add-on or outside what we do. We would rather set clear expectations now than promise more than we deliver.

Presence

For a business that needs to exist online properly: a professional, fast, mobile-first site that makes you look as good as you are, and that Google and your customers can actually find.

What you get

  • A custom-designed website of up to 5 pages, built for you, not a template with your logo dropped on top
  • Written for you: we draft the copy, you approve it

  • WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons, and a quote or contact form
  • Google Maps, Google Business Profile setup, and local SEO so you are found in local searches
  • Your own business email address, set up and yours (for example [email protected])
  • A reviews section to show your reputation
  • Secure hosting with an automatic, always-renewing SSL certificate (the padlock), all handled
  • Two content updates a month, and a same-business-day response if the site ever breaks

Everything in Growth, plus the heavier machinery, for businesses whose website needs to run more of the operation. Custom means choosing from systems we already build with and trust, not inventing something untested.

Add-ons are scoped and quoted in advance. You approve the price before any work begins.

The care plan

What looked after monthly actually means

Included every month: hosting on our infrastructure, the SSL certificate issued and renewed automatically so your site always shows the secure padlock, security and monitoring at the hosting layer, up to two content updates (text, images, hours, prices), and a same-business-day response if the site goes down.

What security means here: your site is built with nothing to hack. No database, no logins, no plugins. That removes the most common ways small-business sites get broken into. We keep the hosting secure and the certificate valid; your own accounts (domain registrar, email, Google, payment providers) stay with you, since those are yours.

Not included: new pages or features (those are add-ons), changes to third-party systems outside the site, and new content on a schedule.

Response times run on business days, Monday to Friday, TCI time. A broken or down site is treated as urgent; routine updates are done within two business days. Updates do not roll over: two a month is two a month.

What we do not do

Being clear about this protects both of us. These are deliberate boundaries, so you always know exactly who does what.

  • Marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social posts. We build the site that supports your marketing; the message itself is yours.
  • Running your ads or social media accounts.
  • Fresh articles or posts on a schedule. We draft your site copy at build time and make up to two updates a month.
  • Photography and videography. Send us the photos you have and we will place them beautifully, and tell you exactly what shots work best.
  • Logo and brand identity design. We make the brand you already have look its best.
  • Business or marketing strategy. We build and keep the site; the direction is yours.
  • Custom software beyond systems we already build with and trust. If it needs an untested experiment, it is a Platform conversation or an honest no.
  • Third-party account problems. If Google, Meta, a payment provider, or a registrar holds something up on your account, we guide you through it, but those accounts are yours.

If it is not written into your plan or a signed add-on, it is not promised. When in doubt, we put it in writing first.
